By purchasing or downloading the Prompt, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

• The Prompt is sold as a digital download.

• Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Prompt for your own personal or business use.

2. Payment & Delivery

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

• Payments are processed securely through [PayPal/Venmo or whichever options you provide].

• After purchase, you will receive immediate access to download the Prompt.

 

3. Refund Policy

​Because this is a digital product, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once the Prompt has been purchased and delivered.

• The Prompt and all related content are the intellectual property of TrackSmart Racing and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• Purchasing the Prompt does not transfer ownership; it only grants you a limited license for use as outlined in these Terms.
